Clinical Educator (CE)
Your Clinical Educator is your point of contact for questions about taking your treatment, living with your disease, and ongoing support.
Your Clinical Educator will not provide personal medical advice. For all questions about your individual health needs, consult with your treating physician.

Case Manager
Your Case Manager is available to assist with navigating insurance coverage and identifying available financial support for eligible patients.

Community Relations and Education Manager (CoRe)
For hemophilia patients only. CoRes educate and empower those within the hemophilia community through one-to-one communication, community events, and conferences.
